Portfolio investments have annual revenue from $2M to $100M and are expected to create jobs, support their communities, provide a return to our investors, profit sharing to employees, and develop leadership and management. Post investment, TCH works with portfolio companies’ leadership and management to expand and develop existing scalability, install fractional leadership, support business development, address operational challenges, and install risk management measures.
